Temporary Display in Swan Valley Visitor Centre

The Swan Guildford Historical Society¬†is currently mounting a temporary display – ‘Blood Sacrifice’ in the Swan Valley Visitor Centre¬† This honours the Field Ambulance and Australian Army Nurses of World War I. Learn about the training at Blackboy Hill camp of the 3rd Field Ambulance; the role of army nurses and the casualties of the carnage that was WWI. See rare original uniforms and equipment from the conflict that changed a generation.
